Ted Weitz, Chairman - directs ePublicEye's strategic planning and corporate finance. Mr. Weitz has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years, specializing in corporate, commercial and securities law with significant experience in both startup ventures and publicly held companies.

Errol Smith, CEO, Chief Vision Officer - shares the responsibility for strategic planning, marketing and mass communication of the Company's vision. Co-founder of ePublicEye, he has served as CEO of Smith-Friday Enterprises for 16 years. Errol is a former systems engineer with NCR, is a well-known corporate trainer, and local media personality.

Wanda San Juan, Co-founder, V.P. Operations - brings to the Company her customer relations, consumer service skills and managerial background derived from the real estate, mass media and customer service sectors. Wanda worked with Walt Disney Buena Vista Worldwide Services, Inc., where she redesigned the department purchase order/inventory tracking system and trained system users on software.

William Clinkscales, Director of Global Strategies - directs the Company's international development; former VP of Sales & Marketing and COO of a Messer Group (of Frankfurt, Germany) manufacturing subsidiary in the United States. His international experience further includes positions held as Director of International Sales for Thermadyne, Inc. and Marketing Manager in Latin America for AGA AB of Sweden.

LaVell DuBois, Director of Business Development - oversees strategic alliances and business development in the U.S. market. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, he has been a consultant to a number of major corporations including General Electric, JBL and the Automobile Club of Southern California.

Christopher Bates, Managing Director - Far East - runs the Company's joint venture based in Singapore and directs Asia operations. He has 20 of years work experience in Asia, formerly served as Managing Director for frogdesign in Asia and is founder of inter-fas, a corporate strategy consultancy. With his vast expertise in business development throughout the region, Chris brings a unique insight of Asia and the region's e-commerce potential.

Sassan Behzadi, Chief Technology Officer - has over 18 years of software development experience. He served as Director of Development with Platinum Technology and participated in the joint research teams at Intel and Microsoft.

Michael Salomon, Director of Project Development - is experienced in various levels of application development with a specialty in " Allaire ColdFusion." He is founder and CEO of CompuLearn, a computer-training firm that includes among its corporate clients, Gillette, Warner Brothers and Blue Cross of California.
